TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF YOUR LICENCE
Your licence to read this or any other written work by the author free of charge, at full price or at the reduced rate is granted subject to the following terms and conditions.
a) You have been given a licence registration code and secret password in order to access this or other written works by the author free of charge OR at the reduced rate, and this password is meant for your own personal use only. Your licence registration code, password, and these terms and conditions cited herein constitute your licence agreement. Any attempt to distribute this work without permission of the author is strictly forbidden.
